In collaboration with FÁS, over 20 Canadian employers with extensive job opportunities are looking to meet and recruit Irish jobseekers and professionals and encourage them to consider a career in the four Canadian provinces on Canada’s East coast with the closest proximity to Ireland; Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland. Available job opportunities include:
Medical Professions (Dermatologists, Oncologists, Physiatrists, Radiologists)
Construction (Auto Mechanics, Electricians, Pipe fitters)
Engineering (Mine, Structural, Electrical, Project Engineers)
IT Specialists, Quantity Surveyors, among many others.
This event will provide Irish candidates with a unique opportunity to gain a better understanding of the process of re-locating to Atlantic Canada and will give jobseekers a first-hand picture of the employment opportunities that exist in the Canadian East coast region. Admission is free and pre-registration is not necessary.
The event will take place in the Silver Springs Hotel, Tivoli, Cork and will be open on Tuesday, 8th November from 11 am to 5 pm, and in the Croke Park Conference Centre in Dublin on Friday, 11th and Saturday, 12th November from 11 am to 5 pm. Admission is free.
